During these 3 months, I worked in the Marketing department of International SOS in Sydney.International SOS is the world’s leading international healthcare, medical, security assistance and concierge Services Company.
During this 3 month, I was the internal communication assitant in charge of the regional Intranet. The regional intranet is a web platform where only employees can get access to find internal information’s. Currently, lot of people (medical staff) of the company are doing their job in remote site. It is thanks to this page that they can stay informed on what is happening in their company and making all employees feel they are part of one company.
I also worked with the human resources department to make internal organizational management announcement. It consisted to inform that a new staff arrived or decided to leave the company or that a training period is coming for people who are interested in learning more skills.
For more, I assisted the call conferences with Rebecca Malzacher, the marketing director based in Melbourne who has been responsible of each project budget of our sub location. With all the marketing staff, we uploaded the modifications we had on this important document that will permit us to build a close relationship with key stakeholder clients.
Then, I have had the privilege of attending a strategic planning session where we clarified the company vision, strategic framework and regional priorities for the following year.
I was honoured to participate to all these different and interesting projects and worked with professional marketers. All collaborators contributed to the success of my internship and I would like to thank them !
